Spar is a private shadow boxing trainer for iOS. Using your phone's front camera, it counts your punches, classifies your technique, coaches your form, and tracks every session — all on-device.

How it works
Private form tracking, processed on-device.
Spar uses your iPhone's front-facing camera and on-device Vision framework to detect your body position in real time. It tracks your wrists, elbows, and shoulders to count punches, identify jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts, and measure your pace. Nothing leaves the device.

Reflex Game
A 60-second target game. The rabbit appears in one of four zones. Punch it before it disappears. Speed increases every 5 hits.
Session History
Every workout is logged locally. Review punch breakdowns, form scores, pace, and reaction times.
Coach Voice
Audio cues for guard position, pace, and round transitions. Adjustable volume in Settings.
Privacy Policy
Spar keeps all data on your device.
Camera
Spar accesses your iPhone's front-facing camera during active sessions only. Video frames are processed in real time on-device using Apple's Vision framework to detect body pose. No video is recorded, stored, or transmitted at any point. Camera access ends the moment a session ends or the app is backgrounded.
What we do not collect
- No personal information
- No analytics or usage tracking
- No advertising identifiers
- No location, contacts, calendar, or photo data
- No biometric data stored or transmitted
- No crash reporting sent to external servers
What stays on device
- Workout history, punch counts, and form scores
- Reflex game results and reaction times
- Round and session configuration preferences
- Internal timestamps required for app functionality
Third-party services
- No Firebase, Mixpanel, or similar analytics
- No ad networks
- No social integrations
- No external cloud sync or export services
- Subscription status is managed by Apple's StoreKit framework and is subject to Apple's privacy policy
User rights
Users can delete all local workout data at any time from Settings → Privacy → Delete All Workout Data. There is no tracking layer to opt out of because Spar does not track users.

Use
Spar is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reverse engineer, remove notices, bypass security measures, or redistribute any part of the app.
Physical activity
Spar is a software tool designed to support personal shadow boxing practice. It is not a personal trainer, physiotherapist, or medical device. Before starting any new exercise program, consult a qualified healthcare provider, particularly if you have any pre-existing injuries, cardiovascular conditions, or physical limitations. The Wasted Rabbits is not liable for any injury, strain, or physical harm resulting from use of the app.
Punch detection accuracy
Spar uses computer vision to estimate body position. Detection accuracy depends on lighting conditions, camera placement, clothing, and distance from the device. Punch counts and form scores are estimates and should not be treated as clinical measurements.
Data
Workout data is stored locally on your device. Deleted data cannot be recovered by The Wasted Rabbits.
Subscription
Spar offers a 7-day free trial followed by an auto-renewing subscription managed entirely by Apple. Cancel anytime through your iPhone's subscription settings. The Wasted Rabbits does not process or store payment information.
Liability
Provided as-is with no warranty of any kind. The Wasted Rabbits accepts no liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, data, or profit loss arising from use of the app.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
