ROUNDS is licensed for personal, lawful, non-commercial fitness and entertainment use. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, interfere with, or unlawfully misuse the app.

Information practices
ROUNDS does not require a ROUNDS account, sell personal information, or currently use third-party advertising or analytics services.
Workout history, preferences, and related app information are stored locally on your device. You can remove local data through available app controls or by deleting the app.
Permissions
ROUNDS may request camera access for motion-based workout features and Photos access when you choose to save content. You can manage these permissions in iOS Settings.
Camera-based motion tracking is training feedback, not official scoring, and accuracy can vary with lighting, camera angle, framing, speed, and body visibility.
Saving and sharing
ROUNDS may let you save or share videos, images, proof cards, and workout summaries. These actions occur only when you choose them and may use Apple services or other apps you select.
Apple services
ROUNDS may use Apple StoreKit for subscriptions and purchases, Game Center for rankings and challenges, and Apple sharing features for user-selected actions. Apple handles information used by those services under its own policies.
Support and updates
If you email support, we use the information you provide to respond to your request. This policy will be updated if ROUNDS introduces materially different data practices.

Fitness and safety
ROUNDS is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, professional coaching, or emergency response. Physical activity carries risk. Use a clear area, exercise within your abilities, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or unsafe conditions.
You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you and for your movement, equipment, and surroundings. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Detection and results
Camera-based motion tracking is training feedback, not official scoring, and accuracy can vary with lighting, camera angle, framing, speed, and body visibility.
Punch counts, scores, rankings, summaries, and other results are estimates for personal feedback and entertainment. They are not guaranteed to be complete or accurate.
Purchases and Apple terms
Subscriptions and purchases are managed by Apple through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

ROUNDS is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, MKR Group LLC and The Wasted Rabbits are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, injury-related, data-loss, or activity-related damages arising from use of ROUNDS. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
